It was a special morning at REED’s Annual Community Breakfast as we celebrated five years of impact at Greens Do Good with friends, partners, and supporters.

We were honored to hear from Paul Aronsohn, New Jersey’s Ombudsman for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities and Their Families, and Brandon Ehrlich, a Farm Tech at Greens Do Good.

As REED CEO Chantelle Walker shared, “We train 85 teens with autism from 15 schools across 9 counties in real skills, from seeding and harvesting to delivery. These are transferable skills that build confidence, independence, and employability. But the real transformation is in how they see themselves: working with others, taking pride in their accomplishments, and saying, I’m a farmer.”

We’re grateful to our generous sponsors, The Market Basket, Banner Facility Services, Cornerstone Builders Group, Adrian and Christina Jones, Cynthia and George Elkins, Patrick McCluskey, Vincent Werling, and Provident Bank, for helping make the morning possible.

As we look ahead, we’re proud of all we’ve accomplished and even more energized to keep building. Thank you to everyone who joined us. Couldn’t make it? Consider giving to Greens Do Good.
